Create a beautiful panel that could hang on your wall or become an inset for a table top or a box lid. Participants will use a chisel to hand cut very thin veneers into geometric shapes following patterns selected from the monuments of Pakistan.

You will learn how to identify and choose different types of wood and how to work effectively and creatively with the all-natural colour palette and patterns of grain offered by the various woods. The individual shapes will then be fitted together, glued down and finished to create your own unique and organically beautiful pattern in real wood
